Women have been gathering in circle since well, forever. Not only is this ritual universal, but it’s also perhaps the “oldest form of socialization”. These gatherings were not limited to certain cultures, beliefs, religions, or societies, they happened all around the world, since humans were walking upright. Often, women would gather to
Women have been gathering in circle since well, forever. Not only is this ritual universal, but it’s also perhaps the “oldest form of socialization”. These gatherings were not limited to certain cultures, beliefs, religions, or societies, they happened all around the world, since humans were walking upright. Often, women would gather to form a sense of community, and sisterhood, while empowering the feminine in each individual and as a collective. During circle, what women held to be “Sacred” would formulate at the center, be it fire, storytelling, intention setting, femininity, nature, honoring a higher power, an altar, food, topics of choice, and beyond.

NEW MOON is one of the 8 cycles of the moon, which occurs as a phase each month. At this time, the moon "appears" to have "disappeared" as the sun, earth, and moon are all in alignment. Within this alignment, the moon is showing us its side without the sun's reflection, presenting in complete darkness, or sans "moonlight".

New Moon has been known for thousands of years to be a powerful time to align and set one's intentions, through silence, meditation, reflection and introspection. New Moon is associated with a time to initiate transformation and new beginnings, by planting seeds of intention.
Fact: The term "month" originates from the word "moon", and moon was previously known as "moonth".

We believe each woman has a sense of what "sacred" means to her, getting in tune with her most AUTHENTIC nature. As women, we touch that essence, that "knowing" during times of reflection, or meditation.
Through a collective energetic space, circle gives the opportunity to REVIVE the authentic self, that "knowing".

We join together as individuals, yet come together through power of guided meditation, journaling, intention setting, having the opportunity to share our hearts in a shared theme each month.
Through circle, we see the web of connection between self, and the interdependence of everything, and everyone, that surrounds us (including nature).
strive FOR CONNECTION, instead of PERFECTION. Understand there is reflection, and also introspection.
